As Managing Partner of The G Law Group, Simeon Genadiev is a renowned personal injury and class action lawyer whose career is marked by an unyielding dedication to obtaining justice for his clients. Mr. Genadiev started law school at the University of Miami while only 20 years old. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with cum laude honors, numerous placements on the Dean's List, and contributing editor to the Inter-American Law Review. Mr. Genadiev further honed his legal skills while in law school by participating in the Capital Defense Project, and serving as a liaison to the Trial Team. Prior to law school, Prior to law school, Mr. Genadiev graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Business Management.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Genadiev honed his legal acumen at the Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division, vigorously fighting against consumer fraud, economic crimes, and unfair business practices. His tireless efforts in defending the rights of the citizens of Miami-Dade County laid a strong foundation for his current work where he specializes in securing compensation for victims of personal injury, wrongful death, birth injury, and negligent security.

With an impressive skill set developed through comprehensive litigation experience—from the early stages through to trial—Mr. Genadiev has also successfully handled a wide range of consumer protection cases, including national and statewide class actions. Some recent examples include a class action against FPL for their failure to restore power following Hurricane Irma, Kia/Hyundai vehicle fires, and nationwide ADA claims against an amusement park.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Genadiev is equally committed to serving his community and advocating for those in need. His philanthropic activities include board membership with the Children’s Bereavement Society (CBC), an national organization that specializes in grief counseling, and active involvement with Mothers Fighting for Justice, a local organization started by mothers of victims of gun violence. Along with supporting impactful local and national organizations such as Lotus House and The Gifford Project.
